Privacy Policy

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your postal code if you choose to give it, and the message you write.

When you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can follow up on your project.

Like most websites, we also collect general usage information such as the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location and how you arrived at the site. This does not identify you by name.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, provide an estimate and carry out the work you hire us for. We do not sell your personal information.

We use usage information to understand how the website is working, to fix problems and to measure whether our advertising is effective.

Contact form: enquiries are sent to our business email through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service. They pass your message to us and process it on their servers.

Google Analytics and Google Ads: we use these to measure visits, calls, form submissions and ad results. They use cookies and similar technologies. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google Maps: the contact page shows an embedded map, which may set cookies from Google.

Email: our email is provided by Microsoft 365.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work.

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business, tax and warranty obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Email sales@aelia-construction.com or call 613-293-8216. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
